Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.
Pack Your Products
Safely place the unused or gently used products in their original packaging, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from your email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized postal location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
